-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Prep cooler was at 4C.
-Upright freezers were at -18C and -20C (upright freezer door seal will need to be replaced).
-Temperatures are checked and recorded twice daily.
-Stock was boiled to greater than 74C.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 73C on the dish surface (minimum of 71C required for sanitizing).
-Quats sanitizer dispenser was at 200ppm.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Slicer was properly disassembled for cleaning and sanitizing.
-Ice machine was clean and well maintained.
-Equipment was found to be clean and sanitary.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and covered.
-Canned food items in the dry storage area were in good condition and within the best before date.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility is serviced by a professional pest control operator. Some drain flies were found in monitoring stations.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until 2023-09-16
