Routine inspection conducted. Premise is good sanitary condition. The following observations were noted at time of inspection:

1. Temperatures
- Stand-up freezers under "Cakes & Treats" at -18C or lower
- Ice cream cake compartmentalized freezers at -18C or less
- Walk-in freezer at -18C
- Chest freezer for fries at approximately -16C
- Walk-in cooler at 4C
- Chicken strips and beef patties, gravy, hot-held internally at >=60C
- Ice cream dispensers at <=4C
- Sandwich and burger prep coolers at 4C
- Temperature logs maintained and up-to-date

2. Hygiene and Sanitizing
- Hand wash stations (kitchen + restrooms) adequately stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels
- Ventilation slats in excellent sanitary condition and are cleaned using degreaser unit at back-of-house
- Quaternary ammonium compound (quats) sanitizing pail in kitchen at 200 ppm
- Quats released inside dispenser at 200 ppm
- Test strips available for checking sanitizer concentrations
- Food contact surfaces generally maintained in good sanitary condition

3. Storage
- Food items appropriately elevated at least 6" off the floor
- Food items are covered when not in use
- Buns stored in sanitary condition above the cooler unit
- Chemicals stored separately from food products

4. Pest Control
- Back door shut when not in use
- No visible signs of recent pest activity noted at time of inspection

5. Administrative
- Permit posted and up-to-date
