[s. 14(2)] Observation: (1) Display coolers are observed at 7 - 9°C (L and N). -Temperature logs show temperatures at around 11°C. -Cakes and pies are stored there and are potentially hazardous. (2) Vegetable cooler at 11°C and are storing cold potentially hazardous foods (sauces). (3) Eggs, butter, cream cheese observed stored at room temperature, staff says it has been out for 3.5 hours. Corrective Action(s): (1) Please fix or replace coolers to be able to maintain < 4°C. (2) Please move the hazardous foods to another cooler. (3) Please use immediately or discard at 4 hours.
