General Comments * Sanitation and Hygiene - Handsink stations (receiving area, staff washroom, and washroom near the lunchroom) were adeuqately supplied with liquid hand soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water. - General sanitation of the receiving area and grocery area were satisfactory. - No signs of pest activity during the inspection. Pest control report was provided and last inspection was done on April 26, 2023. Ensure to follow the recommendations given by the pest control company. Pest control company comes in once a month. - 2-compartment sink was available. Manual warewashing was discussed with the operator. * Temperature control - The following coolers measured at or below 4 degrees C: 1.) 2 walk-in coolers in the receiving area measured 2 degrees C 2.) Dairy cooler and beverage cooler (1 long cooler) measured 0 degrees C 3.) Vegetable display cooler measured 3 degrees C 4.) Meat display cooler measured 2 degrees C 5.) Seafood display freezer measured -16 degrees C (Foods appeared to be Frozen) 6.) 3-door glass Freezer measured -20 degrees C - Temperature log sheets were available and in use.
