* Bleach sanitizer solution concentration in the spray bottle beside hand-sink is too high (ie. >200ppm concentration) to be used as a no-rinse sanitizer.
**Mix 1/2 teaspoon of bleach per Litre of water to make a 100ppm concentration solution, suitable for usage as a food-grade, no-rinse sanitizer
***Lysol all purpose sprays are not food-grade. Food contact surfaces (cutting boards, utensils, etc) that are sanitized with Lysol sprays must be rinsed afterwards to remove chemical residues.
