Prep cooler is currently empty. - Only use this cooler to store higher risk foods when it can keep them at 4C or colder (following food safety plan). - Other coolers can be used. Chemical bottles are labelled. Pest control monitoring in place. Monitoring trap empty. No obvious signs of pests. Recommend either a screen door or keep back door to kitchen shut. Seal any gaps under doors. Copy of report to be emailed to operator.
