Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Operator ran out of Quat sanitizer for sanitizing dishes.
Corrective Action(s): Thoroughly clean the third compartment sink and use your bleach to sanitize dishes until a new bottle of quat can be acquired. Use 1 capful of bleach to every 4 litres of water. Soak dishes for two minutes and then allow them to air dry. Do not mix quat and bleach.

Observation: Front handsink faucet still does not work properly. This was noted on last inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Repair or replace so that the faucet can provide hot and cold running water. To be corrected within 1 week.

Observation: All shelves, front of ice machine, backs of TV's, lower food trays/inserts, mop sink, walls and floors under cooking equipment have a build up of grease or dust.
Corrective Action(s): Thoroughly clean entire premises with a detergent to remove this build up and then maintain these areas.
