Note: Water observed condensing on upper walls and front door of premise. Mechanical ventilation for stove was turned off at start of inspection but has since been turned back on. Keep the ventillation on so that excess moisture is removed from air and does not accumulate on the walls. Excess moisture on the walls can allow mold to grow on the walls. Corrections Noted: √ Deep cleaning of premise has been done √ New glue boards sets up in kitchen on floor, professional pest control company scheduled to come in later today. **Follow all the recommendations from the pest control company** √ Hand washing station next to stove was clear and available for use √ Bleach sanitizer available at 100pm in spray bottle
