Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): There was no sanitizer present in the 2 compartment sink where the blades for the meat cutting machine was being claned.
Corrective Action(s): You must wash the blades with detergent, then rinse them with water, then place in 50-100ppm bleach solution for at least 30 seconds, then place on drying rack to air dry. To mix 50-100 ppm bleach solution, add 1 mL of bleach to 500 mL of water.

General sanitation is good.
Hand sinks are stocked with soap and paper towels.
Sanitizer spray bottles has 200 ppm Quats solution readily available.
All employees are wearing coat, gloves, and hair nets.
Cooler temperatures operating at 4 degrees C.
Freezer temperatures operating at -18 degrees C.
No signs of pest at time of inspection.
Pest control plan is in place.
Meat slicers are cleaned every 2 hours.
Make sure that the rubber stoppers on the loading bay doors are changed to prevent pests from entering.
