* Clean the exterior of ice maker to remove dust build up ( By May 16, 2018). Sliding door storage cooler registered 5.1 degrees C at the time of inspection. Adjust or repair so that it maintains 4 degrees C or below at all times. Walk-in cooler < 4 degrees C. Stainless steel cooler below 4 degrees C. Walk-in freezer at -19 degrees C. Dishwasher final rinse: 72.2 degrees C. Quats sanitizer tested 200 ppm at the dispenser. Ensure spray bottles are replenished at least twice a week. Liquid soap and paper towels available at the hand sinks. Dry storage room clean and well maintained. General sanitation is satisfactory Temperature logs are up to date.
