-General sanitation of main seafood area was satisfactory. As noted above, some cleaning is needed in packing room.
-Handsinks supplied with liquid soap and paper towel
-Walk-in cooler was at 0-1C
-Walk-in freezer was -17C
-Seafood displayed on ice was 0-2C.
-Display cooler <4C
-Reviewed maintenance/monitoring procedures for live fish holding tanks. Staff reported tanks are cleaned weekly or more frequently if they appear dirty. Temperature and salinity are checked. Tanks appeared clean at the time of the inspection.
-Tags kept for shellfish for 1 year.
-Quats sanitizer (200ppm) available at dishwashing sinks. Wiping cloths stored in quats sanitizer solution.
