Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bottled water jugs dispensed for customers being stored under the washroom sink.
Corrective Action(s): Do not store foods in the washroom nor under sinks as they have a tendency to leak.

Observation: An accurate thermometer at food level is missing for 1-door display fridge.

NOTE a similar infraction was noted in last year's annual inspection

Temperature Controls:
-1-door display fridge 2 deg C (must be at or below 4 deg C -ensure you are regular monitoring this)
NOTE: Udo's Oil Blend product indicates storage as KEEP REFRIGERATED

General Sanitation very good
-work on maintaining all goods pariticularly in the back off the floor >15cm or on shelves to facilitate cleaning and monitoring pests underneath
-no signs of pests

Washroom handsink well stocked single service drying method, soap in a dispenser, hot/cold water and clear for access
