Follow-up to inspection PKUR-CTTTTE. Temperature of walk-in cooler registered at 4 C or below. Sanitizer available in a spray bottle and registered at 200 ppm for chlorine. Discussed dishwashing procedures with operator - only air dry dishes. Samosas are stored in food grade containers - no longer using newspaper to line trays - good. Discussed how wearing jewelry on hands and wrists can interfere with proper hand washing and dangling jewelry can contaminate food.
