- Three compartment sink available for manual warewashing. Sanitizer available at 200ppm QUAT based concentration.
- Surface sanitizer available in designated bins and spray bottles at 200ppm QUAT sanitizer.
- Dry storage area has adequate space, shelves, cabinets.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection. A third party pest control company inspects the facility on a monthly basis. Summary report reviewed at the time of the inspection.
