Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hot water tank not working at the time of inspection. No hot water available at all taps. Operator stated the unit is under repair the last couple of days.
Corrective Action(s): Hot and cold potable water must be available at all sinks and required equipment units. Repair hot water tank and ensure hot water is available. Deli to remain closed until follow up inspection is conducted by EHO.
