=Upright cooler (1C) and undercounter cooler (1C) measured < 4 degrees C
=3 compartment sink with sink plugs available for manual dishwashing, staff is able to demonstrate proper manual warewashing procedures
=Surface sanitizer measured >400 ppm chlorine in spray bottles, decrease concentration of bleach in the sanitizer spray bottles
=No evidence of pest activity noted at the time of inspection
=Ice machine was maintained in a sanitary manner, general sanitation was satisfactory
=Staff hygiene satisfactory at the time of inspection; FOODSAFE certified staff not available on site. Minimum 1 staff member during operation must have completed FOODSAFE level 1. Have proof of certification on site at all times.
