Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach bottle observed stored on top of bag of rice in the back storage area. No evidence that bottle had leaked onto rice.
Corrective Action(s): Chemicals must be stored separate from all food to prevent possible cross contamination. Bleach and bag of rice moved during inspection.

Note: Peel and stick tiles that are used for flooring throughout the kitchen area are starting to peel up on edges; this will allow more food and grease to get under tiles and make the floor difficult to clean. Start to plan to replace flooring in the near future.

General observations:
√ Coolers ≤4°C, Freezers ≤ -18°C, Hot holding ≥60°C
√ Cooling reviewed, no concerns with process noted
√ Food up off floor ≥6”, good stock rotation noted, raw meat stored separate from all other foods
√ Hand wash stations fully stocked with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
√ Bleach sanitizer available at 100ppm in labelled spray bottles
√ High temperature dishwasher sanitizing at ≥71°C
√ Two compartment sink stocked with dish soap, sanitizer, hot and cold running water
√ Equipment appeared to be in good working order
√ General sanitation and maintenance is good
√ No signs of pest infestation noted
