Cold potentially hazardous food stored/displayed above 4 °C. [s. 14(2)] (Both fridges are above 4 Celsius. Pizza prep cooler is 8.2 Celsius. Walk-in fridge is 7 Celsius. Repair by Monday. Fridges MUST maintain food tempertures below 4 Celsius.
Note that very few pizzas appear to be made; premise has switched to primarily baking traditional flatbreads. Only one block of cheese and about 2 dozen eggs kept in walk-in fridge. Pizza meats kept in freezer. )

1. Both walk-in cooler and pizza prep cooler at 4 C or lower at the time of inspection but a technician will come and take a look at their pipes to ensure the coolers are and maintained at 4 C or lower
