Corrective Action(s): Repair dishwasher so that it dispenses 50ppm chlorine. Until it is repaired, you must: 1) Wash your utensils and equipment in the dishwasher AND 2) Manually sanitize all equipment by submerging it in 100-200ppm* chlorine for 2 minutes in the sink. * Use a 5mL solution of bleach for every 2.5L of water. Test strips provided to ensure that the solution is at the proper concentration. Violation Score: 5
