Follow-up to inspection conducted on Mar 14, 2024 - Discussed rear hand washing station with owner. Rear hand washing station does not have a hot water connection. Food prep is not done in this area. Only thawing of frozen foods is performed here and only in the large sink. - Without hot water at the rear hand sink, food prep cannot take place there (ie. cutting onions, etc.) - Ensure all food prep takes place at the main prep line
