Follow-up Inspection conducted today due to inspector observing food sitting out on the Cart situated on the outside patio. -No food preparation or serving of food on the cart was granted. Report#JCHY-CCAT5K, JCHY-CCDSGC, and AJON-C8WTZK noted that health approval was not granted to allow cooking and/or serving of food from the outdoor cart. -Pictures taken of the outdoor cart with food on it. Evidence of preparing and serving of food from the cart without approval. -Operator informed that it is for show. District Inspector informed that if it was for show, no food would be present on the cart. District Inspector informed the following to be done: -Discard 4 patties that was exposed to the outdoor environment. -Place sour cream, chopped potatoes, sauce in cooler unit within the premise that is able to hold an air ambient temperature of 4C or lower. Sour cream, chopped potatoes, sauces measured between 3-4C internal temperature. -Cease operation of preparing and serving of food from the cart immediately. Informed operator that they can prepare and serve from inside the premise but not outside without prior health approval. -Correction Order issued.
