Observation: Drain flies (</=15) observed on site in the dishwashing area. Drain fly population has decreased since the routine inspection. Fly trap is observed in place and staff stated that the pest control company applied treatment through the drains. No reports were submitted to the inspector for review.
Corrective Action(s): Monitor drain fly population and contact pest control company to assess and apply further treatment as necessary. Submit recent pest reports to the health inspector for review.

- Refer to routine inspection report #SDHI-CW3TB4 for outstanding violations

Observations:
- General sanitation has improved significantly including but not limited to the following areas: all floors, wall behind the prep table, behind sinks, handles of all coolers, between and behind cooking equipment and prep tables
- Drain fly population has decreased. Still some drain fly activity observed (Refer to violations)
- Rodent droppings have been cleaned. No recent rodent activity observed
- Clutter from the floors in the storage area has been removed. All equipment is observed stored on wiring shelving in a sanitary manner
- Operator has installed wipeable backsplash behind the hand sink to facilitate proper, frequent cleaning and to prevent moisture build-up - good!
- All food is observed covered and stored at least 6 inches off the floor
- FOODSAFE Level 1 trained staff is available on site
- All hand washing stations (including staff washroom) are adequately supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- All coolers at or below 4'C. Sandwich cooler tops observed in place when not in use
- QUATs sanitizer in labelled spray bottle measured at 200 ppm QUATs concentration with test strip
