Inspection conducted after operational hours.

Breakfast kitchen:

- Kitchen used for breakfast service only.
- Slide door cooler at 4C or below.
- Stand up freezer at -9C.
- QUAT sanitizer available; measured at 200ppm.
- Handsink/ 3 compartment sink fully equipped.
- Mini cooler (holding yogurt, milk, cream etc.) in the self serving area at 4C or below.
- High temperature dishwasher reached 71C or above during the final rinse.
- Ensure hot held food items are maintained at 60C or above during the breakfast service.
- No signs of pest observed at the time of inspection. Monthly monitoring service by ORKIN.

*Snack station in the lobby does not have a separate file; 1 cooler and and freezer present at the snack station. Measured at 4C or below and -12C respectively.
*Sink tap is detaching from the base; tighten the knobs.

Banquet service servery kitchen:

- Handsink is fully equipped.
- 1 ice machine present; ensure to clean the inside on regular basis.
- 1 slide door cooler at 4C or below.
- 1 upright cooler at 4C or below.
- 1 upright freezer at -13C.
- High temperature dishwasher (new) in place. Final rinse temperature reached 71C or above at plate level.
