Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Veggie sausages, a cake, bagged salads/greens were being stored in the open display cooler. The temperature ranged between 9-12 degC
Corrective Action(s): As discussed, these are considered potentially hazardous foods (PHF's) and must be stored under 4 degC. All these items were relocated to another cooler.

General Comments:
Walk-in cooler temperature is 4 degC
Walk-in freezer temperature's -21 degC
Chest freezers are below -18 degC
Display cooler's at 10 degC. ENSURE THAT ONLY WHOLE FRUITS/VEGETABLES ARE STORED IN THIS COOLER. POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS FOODS CANNOT BE STORE IN THIS DISPLAY COOLER UNLESS IT CAN MAINTAIN FOOD TEMPERATURES BELOW 4 DEG.C.
Washroom sink and 2-compartment sink are fully equipped. PROVIDE LIQUID SOAP IN A PUMP BOTTLE AT THE 2-COMPARTMENT SINK.
SOME FOODS ARE BEING PORTIONED AND REPACKAGED BEFORE BEING SOLD. PORTIONING AND REPACKAGING IS DONE AT THE HEAD OFFICE AND THEN THESE FOODS ARE SENT TO THE STORES. THE BAGS DO NOT HAVE PROPER LABELS TO INDICATE THAT THEY ARE FROM AN APPROVED SOURCE. AS DISCUSSED, PROVIDE PROPER LABELING FOR THE REPACKAGED ITEMS I.E. COMMON NAME, NET QUANTITY, DEALER NAME/ADDRESS, DURABLE LIFE DATE (IF APPLICABLE), LIST OF INGREDIENTS, NUTRITION FACTS TABLE
