Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer concentration in wiping cloth container initially too low at 50ppm. Concentration was increased at time of inspection to 100ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure staff are aware of the mixing ratio. Sanitizer solution to be changed a minimum of every 2 hours or as needed. Ensure time tracking is in place as discussed
