Met with owner and discussed the following: - daily cleaning and organizing the food storage is required - permit and business licences are posted and visible by public - daily temp logs are up to date _ Thank you - high temperature dishwasher available on site last/ temperature recorded as 82C - bleach used as approved sanitizer ( ensure to change the bleach sanitizers frequently so that bleach concentration is always measured at min at 100ppm ) NOTE: New chairs and tables in the customers area.
