- Food preparation area (kitchen) maintained in sanitary condition - Liquid soap and paper towel present at sink for handwashing - Fridge/freezer (kitchen) 1C/-20C - Fridge/freezer (infant program area) 2C/-18C - Thermometers present in fridge/freezers - Temperatures of fridge/freezers checked daily. Temperature records present and up to date. - Bleach solution present in spray bottle for sanitizing food contact surfaces. Concentration measured 200ppm chlorine. - All staff members have completed Foodsafe level 1. System is in place to ensure certification is renewed prior to expiry. - High temperature dishwasher operational. Final rinse temperature measured 81.4C at dish surface with min/max thermometer. - Hot lunch program has resumed since previous routine inspection. No changes to hot lunch program. Frozen prepared meals are supplied by Better Meals reheated when served. Temperatures are checked when received and when meal is reheated.
