Observation: About 3 live ants noted by the dry storage area in the front of house. Operator has set-up baits to remove ants from the premises.
Corrective Action(s): Continue to monitor for ant activities. Seal all gaps or holes noted in the facility. Continue to maintain the facility in a sanitary manner at all time to remove any food source for the ants. If condition does not improve on the next routine inspection, operator must hire an external pest control company to help with the pest issue.

Handwash station, including washroom, accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
Refrigerator units were at 4C or below.
Freezer was noted at -18C.
All in-use utensils are changed out frequently - reminder to change out all in-use utensils at least every 4 hours or whenever they are noted overly soiled.
Interior of the ice machine noted in a sanitary manner.
Drain plugs available for the 3-compartment sink for manual warewashing.
200 PPM chlorine residual detected in the sanitizer spray bottle.
General organization and sanitation satisfactory.
