301 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Inside surfaces of ice machine had debris over them.
Corrective Action(s): Operator emptied the ice and cleaned and sanitized the ice machine. Make sure the ice machine is cleaned and sanitized as per manufacturer's specifications on a regular basis (e.g. every two weeks or more often as needed) to keep it in a clean condition.

303 - Equipment/facilities/hot & cold water for sanitary maintenance not adequate [s. 17(3); s. 4(1)(f)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) 0 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available in the spray bottle that is used for the seating area. Staff member mentioned that the sanitizer was filled yesterday.
2) Greater than 200 ppm chlorine sanitizer was setup in the container in the kitchen as the chlorine test strips were blanking out.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Staff member setup 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer to re-sanitize surfaces. Check the chlorne sanitizer concentration with chlorine test strips on at least a daily basis. Make sure 100 ppm chloirne sanitizer is available at all times of operation.
2) Operator resetup 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer in the container used for the kitchen area and added a new wiping cloth into it. Review with staff that 1/2 teaspoon bleach per L of water should be used to setup the chlorine sanitizer at a 100 ppm concentration.

Observation: Seal of the walk-in-cooler door was partly broken near the middle area.
Corrective Action(s): Replace the broken door seal of the walk-in-cooler with an intact (non-broken) door seal; Correct within 2 months (by March 2, 2020) and contact the district Environmental Health Officer for a follow up inspection.

Refrigeration units were at or below 4 degrees C.
Walk-in-freezer was at or below -18 degrees C.
Hot-held food was at or above 60 degrees C.
Dishwasher final rinse chlorine sanitizer residual was at 100 ppm (minimal required: 50 ppm). Operator had chlorine test strips on-site.
Dry goods were covered in the dry storage area.
No signs of recent pest activity were present on-site at the time of inspection.
100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available in the bubble tea area in a container.
