Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Liquid soap was missing at the handwash sink in the kitchen. Ensure liquid soap is available at all times.
Corrective Action(s): Operator was able to replace liquid soap during time of inspection.

RECOMMENDATION: Install a liquid soap dispenser adjacent to handsink so liquid soap does not go missing.

Comments

Routine inspection.
Handwashing stations are equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels with exception to the Handwashing sink mentioned in the above noted violation.
Garbage receptable is placed adjacent to the handwashing stations.
All coolers at <4c.
Freezers are -18c or below.
All coolers are in sanitary condition and foods are being stored adequately.
Ingredients are being stored in containers with lids.
Recommendation: Ensure to clean more regularly under the hard to reach areas including around the dishwashing area and under the cooking areas.
Dishwasher reached 50ppm concentration for sanitizing cycle.
Premise has been reorganized from last routine inspection.
Pest control is in place. No pest activity or pest evidence found during time of inspection.
