- Pull out equipement once a week for cleaning of floors in hard to reach areas.

Comments

- Hand sink in kitchen and in washroom supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
- Bleach sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm in bucket and in labelled spray bottle. **Ensure wiping cloths are stored in bucket with bleach solution in between uses.
- All coolers were measured to be at 4C or colder.
- All freezers were measured to be at -18C or colder.
- Accurate thermometers available
- High-temperature dishwasher reached 72C at dish surface during rinse cycle
- Food storage - good separation of raw and ready-to-eat food items. As noted above, ensure all food items are stored off the floor and properly covered.
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection. Ensure pest control visits occur once a month, and keep copies of invoices on-site.
- General sanitation satisfactory
