Follow up inspection conducted. Corrective actions completed:
- Affected areas of the floor have been cleaned to remove mouse droppings. Additional traps have been placed behind chest freezer for monitoring and control.
- Pest proofing has been completed in staff washroom and above electrical panel. Dry storage room has been cleaned. Ensure it is kept organized with floor kept clear and free of clutter.
- Cleaning has been completed in required areas including floor under cook line, walls, dishwashing area.
- Floor under cook line has been repaired/finished with the installation of stainless steel sheeting which is level with existing floor in kitchen.

Pending item to be addressed:
- Exhaust canopy to be completed. Operator reported service company has been contacted to schedule the service. Operator to provide confirmation to EHO once complete.
- Pest control report to be emailed to EHO.
