Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sandwiches, chopped vegetables, rice, and other food items were stored in the two display coolers and the undercounter coolers. The temperatures were between 14-15C. The sandwiches in the display coolers were prepared less than 2 hours ago. The food items in the undercounter coolers have been stored there for an unknown period of time. Observations were made towards the end of the lunch period.
Corrective Action(s): Discard all perishable foods in the display coolers that are not sold by the end of lunch. Discard all perishable foods in the undercounter coolers immediately. Date to be corrected by: Immediately

Observation: Two display coolers and undercounter coolers on the ends of the serving table are unable to maintain 4C or less. Ambient temperature was measured to be 14-15C.
Corrective Action(s): Repair these coolers so they are able to maintain 4C or less. Do not store any perishable foods in these coolers until repairs have been made. Date to be corrected by: September 21, 2018

- High temperature dishwasher in use. Final rinse temperature reached 76.3C at the plate level.
- Three compartment sink available for manual dishwasher
- 200 ppm Quat sanitizer available in spray bottles
- Ice machine is well-maintained. Ice scoop is stored in a sanitary manner.
- Dry storage is well-maintained
- No signs of pests observed during inspection
