Routine inspection: Note: chocolate and confit still not produced at this location. Hand sink in demo kitchen hot and cold running water. Liquid soap and paper towels available for use. 2 compartment sink and domestic dishwasher with NSF cycle available for use. 100ppm bleach sanitizer solution prepared when packaging chocolates. Single use gloves are discarded after use. General sanitation is adequate.
