- Hand washing station is equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels - All coolers are ≤ 4°C, all freezers are ≤ -18°C - High temperature dishwasher is available. Final rinse temperature reached ≥ 71°C at the plate level. - 200 ppm bleach sanitizer is available - Ventilation hood is maintained - Dry storage areas are maintained - No signs of pests observed - Premises is well lit Note: - Maxim Oxygenic (DIN: 02497271, 7.23% hydrogen peroxide) in use for cleaning sinks. Ensure treated surfaces are rinsed thoroughly with potable water afterwards. - Temperature logs are available but missed on some days. Ensure logs are maintained regularly.
