dishwasher sanitizer bucket needs replacement. premise not yet open to public and operator informed me that staff responsible for dishwasher will check and replace sanitizer once they arrive to work. no other issues. premise is clean coolers and freezers are working properly hand sinks stocked with soap and paper towels
