Routine inspection conducted. Facility is in satisfactory sanitary condition. Temperatures: - Walk-in display cooler is maintaining 1C - Undercounter freezer at the front is maintaining an ambient temperature of -24C - Preparation cooler with inserts is maintaining 4C - Double door upright freezer in the back is maintaining -21C - Rolls in the hot holding unit had an internal temperature of 68C - Pizza in the hot holding unit had a surface temperature of 62C Thermometers are available. Sanitation: - Hand washing sinks are adequately equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and disposable paper towels. - 3-compartment sink in the back is functional with plugs. - 200 ppm QUATS is available. - washrooms are in satisfactory sanitary condition General: - No pest activity noted at the time of inspection. - Facility is monitored by a professional pest control company. - Staff have valid Food Safe level 1 certification. - permit is posted NOTE: it is highly recommended that the area near the back exit be de-cluttered to prevent harboring of pests.
