Observation: Prep cooler across the stove area measured at 9.1C air ambient temperature. Hot water faucet on the handwashing sink at the bar area is broken and is not dispensing hot water. No paper towels and liquid soap observed at the handwashing sink at the bar area.
Corrective Action(s): Service the following:
-Prep cooler to hold at an air temperature of at least 4C or lower.
-Hot water faucet at the handwashing sink at the bar area and ensure it is adequately stocked with paper towels and liquid soap.

Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sink in the kitchen area well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
2-compartment sink available. QUAT sanitizer spray bottle at the front serving area measured at 200ppm.
Walk-in Cooler and prep cooler across the grill plate measured at 4C or lower. Stand-up freezer at back of house measured at -14C. Hot-holding units measured at 60C or higher.

NOTE: Currently the bar area is not in use. No serving or food preparation is to be done until handwashing sink at the bar area is well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.

No dine-in is permitted. Take-out only as low-temperature dishwasher is broken. Operator to contact district inspector for approval for dine-in after the dishwasher has been serviced. Facility to stop dine-in immediately.
