- Quat sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm in all sanitizer buckets, spray bottles, and in three-compartment sink
- All coolers were at 4C or colder
- All freezers were at -18C or colder
- Cheese curds for poutine held in an insert on ice. Measured to be at 4C - good.
- Dipper well in use for ice cream scoops - good.
- Time-tracking stickers in use for toppings held at room temperature - good.
