A follow up inspection was performed for MKIM-D3QU68 and the following observations were made:
- No Inserts were observed ontop of other inserts
- Meat slicer and dough maker were cleaned. Ensure to fully disassemble all equipment when cleaning.
- Raw foods kept away from ready to eat foods
- Rice scoops kept in ice
- All food containers observed to be covered
- High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse of 71C on dish surface
- ENSURE TO MAINTAIN SANITATION LOG
- General sanitation satisfactory
