- Hand washing stations supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels
- Wiping cloths stored in quats sanitizer at 200 ppm.
- Reviewed live holding tank cleaning and maintenance procedures. Tanks well maintained and in clean condition.
- Shellfish tags are kept on site for one year
- Daily temperature records available for cold holding units.
- No evidence of pest activity noted.
