Observation: No sanitizer available at the time of inspection. "Sani-stuff" quats sanitizer bottles are completely empty.
Corrective Action(s): Use bleach sanitizer (use 1 oz bleach per gallon of water) @ 100 ppm. Re-order and hook up the quats sanitizer ( sani-stuff) bottles and ensure quats sanitizer is dispensed at 200 ppm ( immediately).
