Both ends of production flooring have new refinishing. Corrective Action(s): Ensure all flooring is smooth durable and easily cleanable. Refinish middle portion of production flooring. Operator has plans to refinish flooring during shut down mid to late December. Floor must be allowed to completely dry before applying coating. Correction date: Jan. 2017 Violation Score: 1
