Observation: Ice machine was observed to have mildew/biofilm growth on interior surfaces.
Correction: Ensure that all ice is discarded and interior surfaces of machine are thoroughly cleaned. Wash, rinse, then sanitize all surfaces. Allow to air dry. Date to be corrected by: Today.

Ice machine observed to be in sanitary condition. Scoop stored safely outside of machine in clean container.
Dry storage area is very well organized. Incompatible materials are stored separately. Food is stored in a designated area and off the floor.
Areas noted on the previous report have been cleaned. Note: A small area of dried-on sugar and debris was observed. Ensure this area is cleaned by the end of today.
