Follow-up Inspection Conducted

Observations:
- General sanitation of premises is satisfactory
- Hand washing station at front kitchen area and staff washrooms adequately supplied with soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water
- Fruit flies numbers have decreased since the last inspection. Operator mentioned that pest control company conducts inspections 3 times weekly. Treatment has been completed in drains to reduce fruit fly population. New cleaning company will be contracted starting on the 1st of September. All walls and ceiling tiles have been steam cleaned. UV fly traps are in place near the front of the prep area.
- Hot-holding unit is functioning and on. Cooked rice probed at 65C and soup probed at 68C
- Knives observed stored in ice water
- Light in janitor room has been replaced and is functioning
- Ice scoop placed outside the ice machine - good!

No signature required due to COVID-19. Inspection report will be emailed to the operator.
