- Deep cleaning required beneath, between and behind equipment and throughout kitchen area
- Mould observed on walk-in cooler walls
- Debris observed on walk-in cooler fan covers
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the areas noted. Staff stated that a deep clean has been scheduled in the near future.

Observation: Plastic on the inside of the ice machine door is beginning to crack.
Corrective Action(s): Replace or repair this plastic so that moisture does not get into the insulating foam and cause mould growth.

- Bar glasswasher dispensed 25ppm iodine
- Dishwasher dispensed 50ppm chlorine at the final rinse cycle
- Ice machine clean; scoops are stored separately
- Non-latex gloves available for staff use

* Ensure that organics waste is disposed of promptly. Do not store in the walk-in cooler for extended periods of time.
