Corrective Action(s): Spray rodent droppings with 200ppm chlorine solution or equivalent. Remove droppings from area. Wet affected area with 200ppm chlorine or equivalent and soak area.
Inspect facility for points of entry for pests. Seal any holes.
Follow recommendations advised by Pest Control Company Technician.

Observation: Front door has large gap between the two doors. This area could be source of rodent entry.

Corrective Action(s): Obtain door skirt for front door. Back door is tight fitting however front door is not.
Ensure all doors are tight fitting to prevent against entry of rodents into facility.

Observation: Current state of facility is not clean. More cleaning is required throughout and in various areas. Current condition is unacceptable.
Facility requires cleaning throughout:
- Mouldy straws found - discarded at time of inspection
- Large rust stains or rust debris under sink in front serving area
- Food splatter observed in back preparation area
- Mould observed on grout and surfaces throughout
- Debris observed on floor.
