- Hand sink supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Sanitizing sink was properly set-up; 200 ppm chlorine detected on test strip. Ensure all equipment can be fully submerged in sanitizer solution.
- Bleach sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm in buckets
- Food storage practices satisfactory - all food stored off the ground and properly covered.
- Walk-in cooler measured to be at 1C
- Walk-in freezer measured to be at -20C
- Small chest freezer not in use
- Dry storage satisfactory
- Ventilation canopy was turned on and observed to be in sanitary condition. Professional cleanings up to date.
- Dough machine maintained in sanitary condition
- Pest control in place, monthly reports available on-site for review. No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection.
