Washroom hand sink is fully equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
Back coolers at 4c or below.
Front display cooler at 3c.
Front insert/sandwich cooler at 4c.
All coolers equipped with thermometers.
Freezers at -18c or below.
Hot holding units for soup above 60c.
Soup was found at 66c during time of inspection.
Dishwasher reached 71.1c at dish level.
Bleach water sanitizer found at 100ppm concentration in front serving area and back kitchen area.
Note: New ice machine has been installed and in sanitary condition.
Reminder: Ensure to clean on routine basis.
All foods are located off the floor.
Overall sanitation is adequate.
No pest activity noted during time of inspection.
Screen doors are installed.
Operator has valid foodsafe certification.
