Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - CVKRDP: Quats sanitizer diluted to 200ppm. Reminder when manually diluting quats to follow manufacturer directions. Verify using available test strips. Glass washer not in use. Pending additional servicing. Once serviced verify daily the final rinse concentration is 50ppm using available test strips. All food products adequately covered inside the walk in cooler. Raw shell eggs stored below and away from ready to eat foods.
